Review:
The story acquaints you with a young girl named Kiera Vale who’s trying to find any information about her parents, especially about her birth mother. All she had to go on was the name – Wystwick. She received strange letter saying that the Wystwick family built the Blackwater Asylum and that she owned it from now, so the girl decided to go there in order to find some information about her family. When Ms. Vale arrived to her destination, very odd old man met her and told that he’s name is Quinn, the groundskeeper. He did invite our heroine to the house and disappeared somewhere. Inside his house, just near the door, she found an envelope with her pictures and a note with freaking-out inscription: “Vale is #13. Bring her to me.” After small look-around Kiera found some document from some organization called A.R.C.A.N.E., talking about setting up operations here because the Soviets were interested. She’s also found Quinn’s diary and computer notes from which she concluded that this place was really build by her family and that she’s some kind of a key to whatever the groundskeeper’s looking for. The things went from a little creepy to truly bizarre. Search throughout the territory for any clues about this mysterious governmental organization, for any information about Kiera’s family and for any other facts about things that had happened in the Blackwater Asylum.

You will be amazed by this horror and so unexpected game plot and classic quest game play. I haven’t seen such high-quality games for a long time. As in any game of this genre you have to watch your cursor as it turns to a hand when you can take something, to an eye when you can take a closer look and to feet when you are able to go to the other location. You will use collected items to progress through the game world. Click the Story button to review the game’s back-story. The PDA icon appears when a new entry has been added. Click the Photo button to view photos of collected clues - without this clues you won’t pass the puzzles. Use the hint button when you’ve got stuck. It takes some time to recharge the hints, so use them wisely. There is no penalty for clicking, so explore everywhere and try everything! But if you couldn’t solve some difficult task, you can always find the Strategy Guide for this game here. Download Nightmare Adventures: The Witch's Prison at GameCentrix.com and enjoy!
